Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) is proposed to elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients; (2) ASA class I - ?; (3) aged 18 to 65 years old; (4) BMI 18.5-35 kg/m squared; (5) voluntary subjects and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) of severe respiratory system disease, such as severe coronary heart disease, copd, etc; (2) combined with mental or endocrine system diseases; (3) the history of long-term use of psychotropic drugs or alcohol abuse; (4) of intraoperative history of drug allergy or adverse reactions.
