Interventions

Control group:Routine cognitive training and routine rehabilitation training.

rTMS grouo:high-frequency rTMS stimulation parameters: 80%10Hz, site: dorsolateral prefrontal area, frequency: once a day, 5 times a week, for 3 weeks.

Single site iTBS group:iTBS stimulation, stimulation parameters: 80%5Hz, site: dorsolateral prefrontal area, frequency: once a day, 5 times a week, for 3 weeks.

Multi-site iTBS group:iTBS stimulation, stimulation parameters: 80%5Hz, site: dorsolateral prefrontal lobe, coracoid prefrontal lobe, frontal lobe Broca area, frequency: once a day, 5 times a week, fo

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 .meet the diagnostic criteria of 2022 for all kinds of major cerebrovascular diseases in China, and confirmed by brain CT or MRI, there is cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction, and it is the first onset; 2.MMSE score is set according to Zhang Mingyuan et al according to the Shanghai population: middle school or above = 24 points, primary school (educational years = 6 years) = 20 points, illiterate = 17 points; MOCA score < 26 (1 point for those who have been educated for less than 12 years). 3.Cognitive impairment was related to stroke, and within 6 months after stroke, the intellectual and cognitive function of the patients was normal before stroke, 4. patients were right-handed, 5. patients had stable vital signs and no history of mental illness, 6 .signed informed consent agreement, willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with contraindications of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation, (2) patients with vision, hearing, disturbance of consciousness and severe aphasia, (3) patients with severe diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, and (4) those who could not be treated according to regulations and poor compliance.
