Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a:the inclusion criteria of IgG4-RD patient: 1.1. age=eighteen years old; 1.2. The patients, who come toTongji Hospital affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, diagnosed with IgG4-RD(primary or secondary treatment) and meet the 2019 ACR/EULAR classification criteria. 1.3. Some initially treated patients can be included in the group again if they still meet the above inclusion criteria at the time of relapse even had collected specimens; 1.4. Patients who need blood test for clinical diagnosis and treatment during treatment. b: the inclusion criteria of primary SS patient 1.1. The patients, who come to Tongji Hospital affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, diagnosed with primary SS and meet the 2016 diagnosis criteria; 1.2. primary treatment; 1.3. Both sex and age distribution were matched with IgG4-RD group; c: the inclusion criteria ofhealthy volunteer 1.1. Both sex and age distribution were matched with IgG4-RD group;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with other rheumatic immune system diseases; Patients suffering from blood-borne infectious diseases; Patients with acute or chronic infection activity; Anemia patients (hemoglobin < 90 g/L); Patients who have used drugs other than steroid hormones, immunosuppressants and biologics.
