Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Questionnaire: (1) Physical examination and benign prostatic hyperplasia treatment population of men >= 40 years old; (2) No previous history of prostate surgery; (3) Sign the informed consent form; 2. Marker screening: (1) Physical examination and benign prostatic hyperplasia treatment population of 1 >= 40-year-old male; (2) No previous history of prostate surgery; (3) Healthy or asymptomatic prostate: the indications for conservative treatment have not yet been reached (there is no relevant standard, and this study needs to be completed); (4) Hyperplasia until reaching the indications for conservative treatment: mild LUTS (IPSS = 8), but the quality of life of the patient has not been significantly affected (QoL = 5), especially those who are not responding to drug therapy or who refuse to accept drug therapy; 2) When BPH leads to the following complications: recurrent urinary retention, recurrent hematuria, recurrent urinary tract infection, bladder stones or secondary upper urinary tract hydrops; (7) Sign the informed consent form; 3. Evaluation System Validation: (1) Physical examination and benign prostatic hyperplasia treatment population of men >= 40 years old; (2) No previous history of prostate surgery; (3) Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Questionnaire survey: (1) People with reading disabilities; 2. Marker screening: (1) People with reading disabilities; (2) People with LUTS not caused by BPH; (3) Has a history of malignant tumors; (4) People with tuberculosis, hepatitis B, syphilis, AIDS and other infectious diseases; (5) There is a history of antibiotic use within 6 months; 3. Evaluation System Validation: (1) People with reading disabilities.
