Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Glasgow Coma (GCS) score =13; Patients were diagnosed with cerebral hemorrhage lesions (including parenchymal hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, subdural hemorrhage, and ruptured cerebral arteriovenous tumor). 2) NUTRIC score greater than 5; 3) Age >18 years old; 4) Unable to eat ordinary food after assessment; 5) Patients or family members sign informed consent;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with severe vomiting, abdominal distension and diarrhea after receiving enteral nutrition support, and cannot tolerate it; 2) Patients with severe digestive tract diseases, patients with severe liver and kidney function impairment, patients with serious endocrine diseases, patients with cardiac insufficiency, and patients with severe low immunity; 3) Patients with injuries outside other vital organs; 4) There have been major dietary adjustments in the past week; 5) During pregnancy or lactation; 6) Received antibiotics or probiotics in the last 1 month; 7) Refuse to participate in the study;
