Patients with severe craniocerebral injury who were confirmed by head CT or MRI and clinical examination (such as pupil observation) and admitted to hospital within 24h after injury; (3) Coma GCS score was used, coma lasted for more than 6 hours after injury or consciousness deteriorated within 24 hours after injury for more than 6 hours again; ? Under 70 years old; ? The survival time was > 72h and the vital signs were stable. There was no active intracranial hemorrhage after 72h observation. ? All of them were hospitalized cases in the intensive rehabilitation Department of our hospital with medical records; ?
