Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Meeting the diagnostic criteria of stroke, diagnosed by head CT or MRI, the first case; ? 40 ~ 80 years old; ? Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) score > 7; ?Can cooperate to complete the scale assessment, no communication barriers, the condition is relatively stable.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Unstable vital signs; ? Patients with respiratory failure, heart failure, renal failure, tumor and other serious diseases, with bipolar affective mental disorder before stroke; ? Patients with communication disorders due to aphasia or agnosia; ? Patients with a history of mental illness or taking antipsychotic drugs; ? Patients who could not cooperate with the treatment or withdrew from the study or had poor compliance.
