Autologous arteriovenous fistula dysfunction in hemodialysis patients

Interventions

Experimental group(main study):Near infrared irradiates arteriovenous fistula for 30 minutes 3 times a week
Control group( main study):Usual care for 30 minutes three times a week for 12 months.
Experimental group(sub study):Near infrared irradiates arteriovenous fistula for 30 minutes.
Control group(sub study):Usual care for 30 minutes.

18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years; 2. The use of autogenous arteriovenous fistula was >1 month; 3. The dialysis time was more than 3 months, and no intervention was performed for AVF in nearly 1 month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients treated with NIR/FIR 1 month before enrollment; 2. Patients treated with central venous catheter and AVF; 3. Combined peritoneal and hemodialysis treatment; 4. live donor kidney transplantation is planned; 5. Life expectancy ( < 1 year); 6. Patients with hemodialysis less than 3 times per week; 7. Patients with contraindications to photoheat therapy, such as bleeding tendency, high fever, active tuberculosis, acute suppurative inflammation, photoallergy.
