Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Meet ALI/ARDS diagnostic standard; ? Adopt invasive mechanical ventilation; ? The responsible doctor decides to adopt prone position and prone sitting position for ventilation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? 90 years old; ? Pregnancy; ? Patients with ECMO; ? Femoral artery/femoral vein catheterization hinders the use of bending position; ? Increased abdominal pressure; ? Unstable spinal fracture; ? Life threatening arrhythmia or circulatory failure.
