Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with sudden deafness who were treated at the National Sun Yat-sen University Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital between 2020 and 2022 were selected, and their ages ranged from 15 to 75 years. The designed course of disease was four grades, the shortest course of disease was less than 1 month, the second was 1 to 3 months, the third was 3 to 6 months, the longest course of disease was more than 6 months All patients had sudden deafness in one side of the ear, and they were in accordance with the diagnostic standard of sudden deafness of Chinese Medical Association (2015 edition) .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acoustic Neuroma and other post-cochlear lesions, and other ear diseases and hypertension, hyperlipidemia, kidney disease, liver disease and diabetes and other diseases
