60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The operation time is expected to be > 60 minutes; 2. Gender is not limited, ASA grade ?~?, aged 60 ~ 85 years; 3. BMI 18 ~ 30 kg/m^2; 4. Non-pulmonary surgery for elderly patients; 5. Able to understand the procedures and methods of this study, willing to sign informed consent and strictly follow the clinical study protocol to complete this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The airway classification of Mallampati was higher than grade ?; 2. Abnormal liver and kidney function; 3. Known or suspected neuromuscular disease; 4. Diabetes complicated with peripheral neuropathy; 5. History of allergy to narcotic drugs; 6. History of malignant hyperthermia; 7. Taking phenytoin sodium, carbonic acid and other drugs that can interact with rocuronium; 8. Mental illness; 9. Abnormal coagulation function; 10. Have a history of alcoholism; 11. Intraoperative blood loss exceeding 800ml.
