Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 3-6 years who have been diagnosed with inguinal hernia or hydrocele before surgery and need surgical treatment; 2. ASA classification of anesthesia <= Class II; 3. No severe fever, cough, sputum and other upper respiratory symptoms; 4. No abnormal liver and kidney function.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with other serious diseases; 2. Serious communication barriers, it is expected that the follow-up cannot be completed; 3. The families of the children refused to participate in the study.
