18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years; 2. Patients scheduled for laparoscopic hysterectomy; 3. American society of anesthesiologists phisical status I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient refuses to participate; 2. Allergic to investigational drugs (e.g. Dexmedetomidine, esketamine, remifentanil, etc.); 3. Pregnant patients or breastfeeding; 4. A history of chronic pain or use of painkillers within 48 hours before surgery; 5. Sick sinus syndrome or degree II or III atrioventricular block; 6. Patients with poorly controlled or untreated hypertension (systolic blood pressure >180 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >100 mmHg); 7. Mental illness or cognitive impairment.
