Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years; 2. Patients diagnosed with AMI after PCI; 3. Muscle strength >=3; 4. No history of mental illness, clear consciousness, can voluntarily cooperate with this study; 5. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating patients; 2. Patients with active myocardial ischemia or cardiogenic shock, severe heart failure (grade IV heart function, or left ventricular ejection fraction =100bpm; 4. Poor hypertension control, systolic blood pressure >=180mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure >=100mmHg; 5. Severe blood system diseases; 6. Patients with malignant tumors; 7. Patients with active bleeding; 8. Poor compliance, activity intolerance; 9. Patients with poor basic conditions, such as those with mobility difficulties and physical incapacity due to diseases of the bone and joint system and nervous system diseases, so as to avoid fractures or aggravation of heart failure due to falls; 10. Participate in other studies.
