14 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for acute pancreatitis; 2. On admission, enhanced CT scan showed necrosis of pancreas and/or peripancreatic tissue; 3. Body temperature greater than or equal to 38.5 degrees Celsius during the course of the disease; 4. No invasive intervention was performed; 5. Aged >=14 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Midway withdrawal (patient withdraws informed consent) or data loss; 2. Primary infection of other systems has been identified, such as lung infection and nervous system infection.
