Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 100 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy: (1) Patients admitted to our department for renal biopsy from 2016 to 2020 were identified as diabetic nephropathy patients according to pathological staging. (2) Urinary ACR>30mg/g, 24-hour proteinuria >150mg and/or fundus retinal microvascular disease. (3) Patients aged 18-70 years had HbA1c=60 ml/min/1.73 m^2. (4) Blood pressure <150/90mmHg. 2. 100 healthy control group: The nephrology department of our hospital explicitly excluded healthy people with diabetes, serious heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases and patients with normal kidney biopsy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Liver damage (AST/ALT greater than 2.5 times normal); 2. Severe cardiac insufficiency (grade III-IV) with myocardial infarction or PTCA stenting within three months of organic heart disease; 3. Cerebrovascular accident; 4. Blood clotting disorders; 5. Ketoacidosis and infection; 6. Pregnant and lactating patients with active gastrointestinal bleeding; 7. BP>160/90mmHg after taking 3 antihypertensive drugs.
