Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed UC patients aged >=18 years; 2. Patients can use drugs, such as aminosalicylic acid preparations, glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants, biologics, etc., to maintain treatment for at least 4 weeks; 3. In remission or mild current disease (fecal caltroverin 36) and disease-specific quality of life impairment (IBDQ<170) were the main complaints; 5. The patient is physically and mentally capable of physical exercise; 6. Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participate in regular exercise for at least 3 months before the study, and regular exercise is defined as more than 2 hours of physical exercise per week; 2. Patients with mental illness (except those with abnormal anxiety and depression scores); 3. With diseases that seriously affect the quality of life, such as malignant tumors, serious diseases of the heart, brain and kidney system; 4. Intestinal fistula, perforation, gastrointestinal bleeding and other serious complications; 5. Patients with cognitive dysfunction or physical dysfunction who cannot cooperate; 6. Pregnant and lactating patients; 7. Participating in other clinical studies.
