Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of low back pain with motor coordination disorder; 2. VAS score 3-6 points; 3. Aged between 18 and 70 years; 4. The duration of the disease is more than three months (including three months); 5. All anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs, hormones and other drugs that have therapeutic effects on low back pain were not used one month before or during treatment; 6. Did not undergo surgery; 7. Patients with prior informed consent, patients who accept massage and motor control training programs but do not accept other treatments, and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Low back pain caused by fracture, tuberculosis, malignant tumor, immune disease, acute injury and other diseases; 2. Patients with low back pain caused by medical diseases; 3. Pregnant patients; 4. Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney and other important organ lesions, and those with poor self-coagulation function; 5. Those with language communication barriers and cognitive dysfunction who cannot complete the scale; 6. Patients in other research trials that influence the results of this study.
