Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing electroprostatectomy for the first time under elective intraspinal anesthesia; 2. Aged 60-80 years; 3. Body mass index (BMI) 18.5-30kg/m^2; 4. ASA grade I-III; 5. Voluntary signing of informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. People with hearing and visual impairment; 2. People with intravertebral anesthesia contraindications; 3. Severe hypertension (still above level 3 after taking medication), cardiac insufficiency (NYHA> Level II); 4. People with severe bradycardia (installation of pacemakers); 5. People with neuromuscular system diseases and mental diseases; 6. History of sedative drugs, antidepressants, alcohol and drug abuse; 7. Complications after a history of severe cerebrovascular disease or craniocerebral trauma (such as emotional disorders, impaired speech, etc.); 8. People who are known to be allergic to benzodiazepines; 9. Uncooperative or unable to communicate.
