Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy elderly: (1) Aged 65-70 years, right-handed; (2) Junior high school education or above; (3) MMSE > 24 scores; (4) No malignant tumor, diabetes, serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and other underlying diseases, no acute, chronic pain and other symptoms; (5) All subjects give informed consent and sign informed consent. 2.MCI elderly: (1) Aged 65-70 years, right-handed; (2) Junior high school education or above; (3) MMSE 24 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Incomplete imaging data; 2. Those who have received other treatment methods, such as taking drugs, traction, etc., which may affect the efficacy indicators of the study; 3. Patients with diseases of organs such as heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important parts of the body, patients with immune system diseases, mental diseases, and patients with bleeding tendency; 4. Patients with acute low back pain.
