Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Cataract group: (1) Patients with age-related cataract, aged 40-80 years old, with different degrees of complaints of corrected vision loss; (2) Preoperative corneal astigmatism <=-1.00D; (3) Clear cornea, no pterygium, corneal scar, corneal degeneration and other keratopathy; (4) No retinopathy affecting visual acuity, such as macular degeneration, macular edema, optic nerve atrophy, etc. 2. Normal group: (1) Transparent lens, aged <= 40 years; (2) Visual refractive error < -6.00D, astigmatism < -2.00D; (3) No history of anterior segment diseases such as cornea; (4) No history of trauma or surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of systemic diseases affecting vision and history of systemic medication; 2. The general condition has been complicated by retinopathy; 3. Diabetic patients whose blood sugar is not strictly controlled; 4. History of severe eye disease, eye trauma, eye surgery, severe dry eye and ocular surface disease, history of strabismus, amblyopia, abnormal pupil, abnormal lens and suspensory ligament.
