Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years and < 80 years. 2. Consistent with the diagnosis of chronic kidney disease stage 1 to 3. 3. Have clear awareness, agree to participate in this study, sign informed consent, and complete follow-up on time. 4. No serious history of heart, brain, liver, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mental patients; 2. Low self-care ability, unable to self-manage.
