Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Disabled elderly : ( 1 ) Aged >= 60 years ; ( 2 ) Home care; ( 3 ) The elderly who live partially or completely unable to take care of themselves. 2. Family caregivers: ( 1 ) Aged >=18 years, undertake the main care tasks of disabled elderly; ( 2 ) According to the measurement requirements of the professional quality of life scale, the continuous care time of family caregivers was >= 1 month ; ( 3 ) Clear consciousness, can communicate normally ; ( 4 ) Informed consent, voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Withdrawal or refusal to participate in the study; 2. Those who receive care related remuneration.
