Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Investigation on the difference of job burnout and related factors of dental medical staff under different working conditions: (1) Dental doctors, nurses and technicians: engaged in relevant work for 9 months or more; (2) Students and interns majoring in stomatology: engaged in related work for 3 months or more. 2. Survey on job burnout and psychological state of nurses in general hospitals and stomatological hospitals: (1) Nurses: engaged in relevant work for 9 months or more; (2) Nurse trainees and interns: engaged in relevant work for 3 months or more.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Investigation on the difference of job burnout and related factors of dental medical staff under different working conditions: Dental staff within 1 year: (1) Take maternity leave >3 months; (2) Have >3 months sick leave; (3) People who have a history of mental illness or are taking drugs for mental illness. 2. Survey on job burnout and psychological state of nurses in general hospitals and stomatological hospitals: Nurse within 1 year: (1) Take maternity leave >3 months; (2) Have >3 months sick leave; (3) People who have a history of mental illness or are taking drugs for mental illness.
