Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. First gastric tube operation (PEG); 2. Have mobile devices, such as smartphones, tablets, computers; 3. Patients or family members can operate mobile devices; 4. Can upload data according to the specified date, and communicate in Chinese or Taiwanese.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with nasogastric tube, gastric tube and nasogastric tube replacement.
