45 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects undergoing elective oral cancer surgery under general anesthesia (including oral cancer lesion resection + neck lymph node dissection + forearm/lateral femur/fibula musculocutaneous flap transfer); 2. Aged 45-90 years; 3. ASA grade ?~ ?; 4. Expected survival of more than 6 months; 5. Subjects voluntarily participate in the study and have signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency operation patients; 2. Patients with second oral cancer surgery; 3. Preoperative mental illness and cognitive dysfunction; 4. Patients have severe audio-visual dysfunction or communication difficulties; 5. Patients with severe arrhythmia; 6. Have a clear history of allergic disease or allergic reaction to the study drug; 7. Alcohol or drug addicts; 8. Unwilling or unable to complete the test or unable to conduct an interview after discharge.
