High pressure group:The MAP was maintained at 100%-120% of the baseline value after induction of anesthesia until 2 hours after surgery
Low pressure group:The MAP was maintained at 80% to 100% of the baseline value after induction of anesthesia until 2 hours after surgery

20 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20-75 years; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grades I to III; 3. Select gastrointestinal tumor surgery; 4. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) was >5 points before surgery; 5. Can voluntarily cooperate with the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The score of the Simple Mental State Scale (MMSE) before surgery was not consistent with the score of the corresponding minimum level of education (illiterate =30kg/m^2; 5. Allergic to any of the drugs used in the study; 6. Severe infection before operation; 7. Patients with severe hypertension without regular medication before surgery (systolic blood pressure >=160mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure >=105mmHg) and patients with preoperative hypotension (systolic blood pressure <=90mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure <=60mmHg); 8. Emergency surgery.
