Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients with indications for prone ventilation: 1. Patients with oxygenation disorders; 2. Patients with acute injury and ARDS; 3. Patients with pulmonary edema, rational use of positive end-expiratory pressure, still require higher inhaled oxygen concentrations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: To exclude patients with contraindications to prone position: 1. Hemodynamic instability; 2. Increased intracranial pressure; 3. Acute bleeding; 4. Spinal injury; 5. Recent abdominal and orthopedic operations.
