Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 50-75 years, right-handed. 2. First acute ischemic stroke, NIHSS=9 years). 5. Voluntarily participate in this survey and follow-up survey, and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pre-disease mRS > 1 score, history of cognitive impairment; 2. History of psychoactive drug abuse; 3. Have been clearly diagnosed malignant tumor, vital organ failure, life expectancy is less than 3 years; 4. Severe vision or hearing impairment or aphasia may not cooperate with neuropsychological evaluators; 5. Other serious physical diseases that affect cognitive tests, such as coma, epilepsy, hypothyroidism, hypoxemia, etc.; 6. Congenital intellectual disability, history of brain trauma or serious nervous system or mental illness; 7. Imaging changes related to other central nervous system diseases were found on MRI; 8. Head CT or head MRI indicated large cerebral infarction (infarct area > 1/3 middle cerebral artery blood supply area); DWI does not display high signal. * Other neurological disorders: Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, myasthenia, multiple sclerosis, motor neurone disease, immune-related encephalomyelopathy, etc. * Severe mental illness: anxiety disorder, depression, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, mental retardation, etc. that is diagnosed or controlled by medication.
