Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years. 2. Patients undergoing elective intubation operation under general anesthesia. 3. Surgery below the chest. 4. The patient was diagnosed with second-degree type II atrioventricular block, complete left bundle branch block, or left anterior branch block + complete right bundle branch block by electrocardiogram before surgery. 5. Heart rate below 60 beats/min after anesthesia induction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with cardiac insufficiency (NYHA cardiac function grade >=3), severe cardiomyopathy, acute myocardial infarction, and pericardial tamponade. 2. Patients with severe emphysema, acute cerebral infarction, severe trauma, multiple rib fracture or chronic renal failure (glomerular filtration rate < 30ml/min). 3. Previous history of pacemaker implantation. 4. The patient had a history of Asperger's seizure.
