Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria of head and neck AD group: (1) The diagnostic criteria for atopic dermatitis were met by Williams(1994). (2) Aged 12-65 years, gender is not limited. (3) For patients with erythema, edema, pruritus, desquamation and other symptoms during acute onset of head and neck AD, head and neck lesions were >= 10% of the entire head and neck area, and the researchers IGA score was >=2 points. (4) Sign a written informed consent (minor subjects need to obtain the informed consent and signature of the child and guardian at the same time). 2. General AD group inclusion criteria: (1) The diagnostic criteria for atopic dermatitis were met by Williams(1994). (2) Aged 12-65 years, gender is not limited. (3) No skin lesions on the head and neck. (4) Sign a written informed consent (minor subjects need to obtain the informed consent and signature of the child and guardian at the same time). 3. Inclusion criteria of healthy control group: (1) Aged 12-65 years, gender is not limited, Chinese healthy population. (2) Sign a written informed consent (minor subjects need to obtain the informed consent and signature of the child and guardian at the same time).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for head and neck AD group and common AD group: (1) Patients with other skin diseases requiring treatment. (2) Patients who have received immunosuppressants, glucocorticoids, antibiotics and other treatments within the past 1 week (including systemic and local drugs). (3) Patients with other major underlying diseases such as heart and lung; People with mental illness. (4) Patients who are not suitable for this treatment, such as those who are known to be allergic to drugs related to the drug in this study (such as in vitro cultured bezoar and camellia oil). Chronic skin lesions, such as lichenosis, hypertrophy. (5) More acute skin exudation. 2. Exclusion criteria for healthy control group: (1) Combined with infectious diseases and other allergic diseases, such as asthma, allergic rhinitis, hay fever, allergic conjunctivitis, urticaria and so on. (2) Complicated with other basic diseases such as heart, brain, lung and kidney.
