Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. At least one serious ankle sprain in the past; 2. The first sprain occurred 12 months ago; 3. The first sprain is accompanied by inflammation and limited activity for at least one day; 4. The last sprain was 3 months ago; 5. Ankle joint weakness, repeated sprains and instability before; 6. In the 6 months prior to inclusion, patients had at least 2 soft sensations; 7. The same ankle has suffered at least two repeated sprains; 8. Feeling unstable in the ankle; 9. CAIT score <=24 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of lower extremity surgery and fracture; 2. Ankle front drawer test and inside and outside turning test are positive; 3. Within 3 months, there is other lower limb injury that affects the integrity and function of the joint and causes at least one day of immobility; 4. Failed to complete the test.
