Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria of case group: (1) The diagnosis of PD patients is in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of the British Brain Bank; (2) The patient had not received any anti-PD treatment; (3) Right-handed. 2. Inclusion criteria of control group: (1) No obvious physical defects, such as vision or hearing loss, can be completed neuropsychological examination; (2) No obvious infarcts or other types of lesions were found in routine brain imaging; (3) The MMSE score is normal (adjusted according to the years of education); (4) Right-handed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other diseases that may affect the central nervous system (such as stroke, brain tumor, severe brain atrophy, epilepsy, history of head trauma, severe kidney disease, liver disease, etc.); 2. Drug abuse, alcoholism, nicotine addiction; 3. Schizophrenia, delirium, mania, dementia; 4. Unable to cooperate with experiments and PET-MRI examination.
