Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for cervical spondylosis published in the Chinese Journal of Surgery in 2018; 2. Neck pain for more than 3 months; 3. Aged >=18 years; 4. Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Neck X-ray, magnetic resonance imaging or computed tomography (CT) to rule out other neck organic lesions; 2. History of neck trauma, cervical spine fracture, cervical spine surgery, congenital spinal abnormalities, and/or systemic diseases involving bones or joints; 3. Patients with a confirmed history of mental illness and who have previously taken psychiatric drugs; 4. Neurological disorders associated with myasthenia gravis and/or abnormal nerve reflexes; 5. Pregnancy or breastfeeding; 6. Patients who received other invasive treatments within 1 month before enrollment.
