Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have been pathologically diagnosed as malignant tumors and are receiving targeted angiogenesis inhibitors; 2. HFSR associated with angiogenesis inhibitors; 3. Aged 18-85 years; 4. Except other skin diseases of hands and feet; 5. No serious organ dysfunction or autoimmune disease; 6. Able to communicate normally and sign informed consent; 7. The skin local dialectic is characterized by dull sensation and pain in the skin lesion, fixed immobility, crusts, erythema, blisters, erosion and even ulceration, or combined with pus scab and blood scab.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous skin diseases or systemic diseases combined with skin lesions; 2. Those currently undergoing treatment for HFSR; 3. Targeted angiogenesis inhibitors have been discontinued or are expected to be discontinued within 2 weeks due to tumor progression; 4. People with allergies.
