18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I-III patients aged 18-65 years, BMI <30Kg/m^2, underwent laparoscopic liver tumor resection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Failure or refusal to provide informed consent; 2. Emergency surgery or secondary surgery; 3. Postoperative transfer to intensive care unit (ICU) is expected; 4. Cerebrovascular accident, myocardial infarction or unstable angina in the previous 3 months; 5. History of depression or mental illness; 6. History of chronic pain or opioid/NSaids treatment before surgery; 7. Block site infection; 8. Combined with peripheral nerve disease; 9. Abnormal coagulation function; 10. Poorly controlled or untreated hypertension (e.g., preoperative resting systolic/diastolic blood pressure >=180/100 mmHg); 11. Severe liver or kidney dysfunction; 12. Allergy to any investigational drug; Alcohol or drug abuse; 13. Participated in another study within the past 30 days; And other conditions that do not apply to paravertebral block.
