20 Years to 45 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 6-8 weeks pregnant women or non-pregnant women; 2. Thyroid function test was performed within 3 weeks before and after ultrasound examination; 3. Volunteer to participate in the study; 4. Aged 20-45 years; 5. No history of thyroid surgery or thyroid drug use.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Routine thyroid ultrasound showed thyroid nodules; 2. Ultrasonography of thyroid elasticity can not meet the requirements of image quality.
