Experimental group:Oral calcium (600mg/d) and vitamin D3 (alfacalcalcitol 1ug/d) were given for 2 days before surgery

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who aged 20-65 years and diagnosed or suspected thyroid cancer and thyroid surgery was planned.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Parathyroid diseases; 2. Oral calcium or vitamin D3 supplements due to other diseases.
