Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. People infected with HIV who have received a confirmed HIV report from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. Agree to participate in the study; 4. Move out of the current residence without a plan within one month.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe opportunistic infections, tumors or other comorbiditions (e.g., tuberculosis) that require delay in starting antiretroviral therapy (ART); 2. There is a communication barrier.
