18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-60 years (including 18 and 60 years old); 2. HBsAg positive >6 months; 3. The ALT is normal (< 40U/L).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with HAV, HCV, HDV, HEV infection and autoimmune liver disease; 2. Pregnant and lactating patients and patients who plan to give birth recently; 3. History of serious heart disease, including unstable or uncontrolled heart disease within 6 months; 4. History of mental illness; 5. Uncontrolled seizures; 6. Alcohol or drug abusers in remission; 7. Neutrophil count < 2x10^9/L and/or platelet count < 100x 10^9/L; 8. Other conditions deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the physician in charge.
