18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years, no gender limit; Meet the clinical diagnostic criteria of myofascial pain syndrome (MPS); 2. Chronic lower back pain for more than 3 months; 3. The patient signed the informed consent voluntarily and could cooperate to complete the questionnaire survey.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of thoracolumbar trauma or thoracolumbar surgery less than 3 months; 2. The diagnosis of low back pain caused by other lesions, such as thoracolumbar deformity, cervical spondylosis, cardiovascular disease, mediastinal disease, thoracic tuberculosis or tumor, intraspinal disease, abdominal disease, etc.; 3. Pregnant patients, mental patients and patients with other serious diseases; 4. Patients have poor compliance, do not follow the doctor's advice, do not accept the follow-up; 5. Patients shed and lost to follow-up during follow-up.
