Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children with cerebral palsy who received treatment in the PT1 Department of China Rehabilitation Research Center from 2022 to 2024. 2. Children with spastic diplegic cerebral palsy who meet the diagnostic criteria. 3. GMFCS are graded I to III in function and are evenly distributed according to the degree of disorder. 4. Able to walk more than 10 meters independently or with the aid of a walker. 5. Be able to cooperate. 6. Aged 6-12 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of botox injection within 3 months or orthopaedic surgery within 6 months. 2. Children with lower limb trauma, unstable fracture, knee pain, limited movement and can not tolerate training. 3. Children who cannot understand most of the instructions in the test process and are difficult to complete cooperatively. 4. Improved Ashworth grade 3 or above. 5. The lower limbs are obviously unequal to elders. 6. Children with all kinds of diseases that significantly affect physical fitness were excluded from the normal children group.
