Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Sedentary men aged 30-35; 2. Generally in good condition; 3. Can cooperate with complete cardiopulmonary test evaluation; 4. Good compliance, voluntary participation in the study, and signed informed consent. Sedentary people were defined as those who exercised for less than 3 hours per week and spent 8 hours or more in static activities per day. Those who do not meet the above conditions are defined as non-sedentary people. The static activity time refers to the total time of subjects using computer, writing materials at work, having meetings, watching TV, playing computer, playing chess and reading after work every day. Weekly exercise time refers to the total number of hours per week that subjects participate in moderate intensity (slightly strenuous) or above fitness exercises.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Motor system dysfunction, affecting the participation in sports; 2. Have an uncontrolled disease; 3. Have taken drugs that affect metabolism and cardiovascular reactions in the past 2 weeks; 4. Participated in systematic sports training; 5. Dieting and weight loss in the past two weeks; 6. Participating in other clinical trials; 7. Due to personal living arrangements cannot determine whether can complete research, such as the recently have lived over a long distance plan, etc.
