Interventions

Experimental group:Three months from the beginning to the end of radiotherapy, the patients were given full nutritional management combined with resistance exercise
Control group:From the beginning of radiotherapy day to the end of radiotherapy at 3 months, combined with full nutrition management + regular exercise

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathological diagnosis of primary squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck of the mouth, oropharynx, hypopharynx, larynx, or cervical lymph nodes; 2. Aged >=18 years; 3. Patients who met the indication of concurrent chemoradiotherapy had tumor stage (?-?); 4. Clear consciousness and normal mental state; 5. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Body mass index (BMI) <20.5; 2. Patients with recurrent or metastatic head and neck tumors; 3. Patients with severe infection, endocrine disease, cardiopulmonary brain disease and other malignant tumors; 4. Patients with enteral nutrition or PN contraindications; 5. Patients with mental illness or mental retardation who cannot cooperate with treatment.
