Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 50 and 80 years. 2. Full-layer rotator cuff injury with tear size <= 5 cm was ineffective under conservative treatment. 3. Sign the informed consent form. 4. Rotator cuff fat infiltration did not exceed Goutallier level 3. 5. Arthroscopic rotator cuff repair was performed for the first time. 6. Preoperative CSA measurements were less than 35 degrees.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with shoulder fracture or dislocation. 2. Combined with shoulder joint infection, glenohumeral joint osteoarthritis and other changes. 3. Low intelligence or other reasons lead to abnormal behavioral ability of patients. 4. Isolated subscapularis injury. 5. Irreparable rotator cuff.
