Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 60 years; 2. Basically normal cognitive function, able to complete the exercise test and training plan; 3. Patients or family members sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe organic diseases of organs or skeletal musculoskeletal system who cannot tolerate exercise; 2. Acute attacks or changes of chronic diseases within 1 month; 3. Incomplete basic information or unable to achieve long-term exercise.
