30 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-II; 2. No painkillers taken within 1 week before surgery; 3. No history of anaesthesia; 4. Sign informed consent; 5. Subjects aged 30-60 years; 6. Gynecological subjects undergoing laparoscopic uterine operation under elective tracheal intubation and general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery. 2. Subjects with hypertension, neurological disease and mental illness. 3. Subjects who are allergic to the drugs used in the study. 4. Subjects with severe OSAHS and obesity (BMI>=30kg/m^2). 5. Subjects with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency.
