Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. A single ischemic stroke more than 6 months before enrollment resulted in hemiplegia; 2. Aged between 21 to 70 years; 3. The score of Fugl-Meyer scale was higher than 7 points and lower than 45 points; 4. Patients or family members sign written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious illness or disorder (e.g. cancer, serious heart or respiratory disease, kidney failure, etc.) or cognitive impairment that may affect the ability to participate in learning activities; 2. Pregnancy or breastfeeding; 3. Receiving antispasmodic or antiepileptic drugs or injections of botox to reduce tension before or throughout the study; 4. The presence of any implanted medical devices, such as patients with pacemakers; 5. Patients with severe claustrophobia or unsuitable for MRI examination; 6. Patients with deep vein thrombosis; 7. The clinician/researcher believes that there is joint contracture so severe that they cannot participate in study activities; Or for other reasons, the researchers deemed the participants unsuitable for the study.
