Tubal ovarian abscess

Interventions

Group D:At the end of the operation, dexamethasone 10mg was given intravenously, followed by bilateral TAPB and unilateral 0.375% ropivacaine 20ml under ultrasound guidance.
Group DD:At the end of the operation, dexamethasone 10mg was given intravenously, followed by bilateral TAPB and unilateral 0.375% ropivacaine+dexmedetomidine 30ug, 20ml under ultrasound guidance.
Group DE:At the end of the operation, dexamethasone 10mg was given intravenously, followed by bilateral TAPB and unilateral 0.375% ropivacaine+magnesium sulfate 200mg, 20ml under ultrasound guidance.
Group DM:At the end of the operation, dexamethasone 10mg was given intravenously, followed by ultrasound-guided bilateral TAPB, unilateral 0.375% ropivacaine+dexmedetomidine 30ug+ magnesium sulfate 20

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing minimally invasive lower abdominal surgery (gynecology, colorectal). Inclusion criteria: (1) 18-65 years old; (2) BMI 18-30; (3) ASA level 1-3; (4) No diabetes or diabetes regularity; (5) No history of chronic pain, alcohol abuse or drug abuse; (6)Those who voluntarily accept postoperative intravenous analgesia.(7)Once agreed to accept this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Allergic to related narcotic drugs ? Those who have participated in clinical trials of other drugs in recent 3 months (3) Those who have bradycardia and atrioventricular block (4)Those who have mental and cognitive disorders and cannot communicate ?refuse to participate in this research.
