60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who ? met the diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure in the Elderly 2021 and were clinically diagnosed with heart failure; ?were =60 years old and had normal communication skills;?had a New York Heart Function Classification (NYHA) grade II-IV; and ? voluntarily participated in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Patients after heart transplantation; ?Death during hospitalization; ?Patients with severe mental illness and hearing impairment; ?Patients with combined malignancy or other chronic diseases that can seriously affect survival.
